Southwark Cyclists AGM – Wednesday Nov 12th

When: Wednesday 12th November. 6:30pm to 8:15 (doors at 6:15pm)

Where: The Bridge (charity) 73-81 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 0NQ

If you’d like to see improvements for cycling and active travel where you live, then now’s the time to get involved and shape our campaign for safer cycling in Southwark. On Wednesday 12th November, we’re inviting all members of Southwark LCC to join us for our annual general meeting. This is your chance to have your say on how we can improve cycling in our borough and shape our local priorities for the next year. Plus, it’s an opportunity to meet like-minded people and get involved with our friendly and social group.
With local council elections coming up in May 2026, this is a critical time to get involved with your local LCC group and help make those priorities for safer cycling a reality. By coming together and mobilising as a group, we show the strength of local support for cycling and active travel infrastructure. Whether you have very little or lots of time to spare, there are many ways you can get involved and make your voice heard.

We’ll also head for drinks afterwards at the Rose and Crown, Union St, 100m from the venue. The first drink is on us!

If you can email info@southwarkcyclists.org.uk to let us know you’re coming so we have an idea of numbers, that would be helpful.
