Our Ride Leader’s Course took place on Sunday 13th March with an excellent attendance of 11. Five riders were from Southwark, with others coming from all over London (Bexley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Hammersmith and Hillingdon). Used the Community Room at Dockhead Fire Station as our base. Did our cycling on a route around Bermondsey and Rotherhithe that included a selection of awkward right turns, plus a part of the Surrey Quays gyratory. Clear and patient instruction was delivered by Diego Marando with assistance from Bruce Lynn and James Callinan.
