When even the author of an opinion thinks it might not be rivetingly exciting you know that it could well be very dull indeed.
However, stuff can appear dull and be very important. Among our members is a guy who makes his living on planning law and he’s taking the New Southwark Plan apart on our behalf (pro bono, I hasten to add or at least I certainly hope so).
The response puts forward alternatives shamelessly copied from Hackney’s draft local plan (why oh why do Hackney do these things better than Southwark? Answer: one has political principles and the other does not).
