Our monthly meeting will be at the new Nunhead Green Community Centre — upstairs in Holly. There’s a lift for those who can’t manage stairs.
There’s parking for 6 bikes outside the centre and more in a bike shed behind the centre which is dark and unobserved and accessible over the back wall. There’s more parking around the Green and there’s always been enough so far.
The approach from Nunhead Lane involves a not very nice, not very wide blind bend which the traffic takes too fast, so the advised approach is via Scylla Road. This route needs some railings removed and some drop kerbs but from an absence of traffic point of view, it is the best.
