Fascinating ride through river and dock side East London with Amanda leading. About 15 miles, 3.5 hours, including coffee break.  Meet at Greenwich Station (SE10 8JQ), 9.30 to get DLR train to Mudchute (bring face mask and travel pass). OR meet at tunnel exit at Island Gardens (E14 3PS) at 9.45 (for people happy to carry bikes down/up steps at Greenwich Foot Tunnel, or who can ride directly to Island Gardens). Aim is to finish at Cutty Sark at approx. 1pm.  Trinity Buoy Wharf (https://www.trinitybuoywharf.com/) has the Faraday Shed, a tree on a taxi on a Café, a lighthouse and more.  If you have never visited, this is your chance.  Barrier Park on the north bank gives terrific views of, you guessed it, the Thames Flood Barrier. Return route probably via Woolwich Ferry and the Thames Path.  Last ridden June 12th this year, see photos on June 15 post on Healthy Riders Facebook group NOTE earlier than usual start time of 9.30.
