A Southwark Cyclists’ volunteer will be helping police with their enquiries this morning with a particular emphasis on speed and other anti-social behaviours relating to motor cars. As far as War on the Motorist goes this is low level stuff but it’s a pretty complete answer to the idea that if speeding mattered the police would police it.. They are trying and you can help them.
