Usual easy-paced ride on mostly quiet streets and paths. Ride to the upmarket cycling clothes plus Cafe outfit in Spitalsfield Market (so a refreshment stop on this ride). Amanda leading. We rode this last year on 23 Dec. Likely to be similar route this year, outward via Burgess Park, Quietway 1 and Southwark Bridge, then a route past Guildhall and Liverpool St station. Return via Leadenhall Market and then similar to outward route. Ride report (Healthy Ride Reports Oct-Dec 2017) has more route information.
