Penultimate community roadwatch of the year. Last chance to join in before they pack up for Christmas. Today our intrepid Southwark Cyclist volunteer (well wrapped up) will be holding his gun with Met supporter Kevin Phillips writing down the car numbers. He writes down a lot.
