Lambeth have an ambitious scheme for Loughborough Junction out to consultation until Oct 22nd. Aim is to improve the area for residents, cyclists and pedestrians by reducing traffic – actually closing roads to motor traffic. Notably Loughborough Rd will no longer connect to Coldharbour Lane or Hinton Rd. LJ is only 600 m from Southwark and close to Camberwell and Denmark Hill.
