Hostile Streets – new report from GLA Transport Committee

This month (December 2017) a new report lambasts TfL for not implementing the Mayor’s Healthy Streets agenda.  It also proposed a serious look at Chris Boardman’s proposal to change the priority at junctions so that turning traffic gives way to pedestrians and cyclists.  The report is sufficiently good that neither the Conservatives or UKIP would sign it.
