Ride 1. Kensington Palace

Start 9.30 am from London Bridge (The Southwark Needle finish) 1:00pm. Amanda leading a 15 mile circular ride with no hills. Out along the south side of the river and over Westminster Bridge, then Horseguards and the Mall and through Hyde Park to Kensington Palace. Return via Battersea Park and the Power Station. Final stretch back along the river and C14.

Comments from Ride Leader Amanda : “Ride went well. 18 attended. The Mall was closed again, so a nice jaunt down to the palace, after change of guard at Horseguards. (The are always new ones that are pleased to go through the arch…) Perfect weather and roads not busy. Definitely keeping this one in August next year, it works well. “

Comment from Jane Coe on WhatsApp: “Amanda, that ride was beautiful, incredible route, one to treasure, thank you”
