South London Murals

Murals add much to the urban environment. On this ride we will look at 13 different murals in Southwark, Lambeth, Stockwell, Brixton, Loughborough and Lewisham. Start at 10 am in Deal Porter Square at Canada Water and ride ca 26 km route. With a coffee stop midway we expect to be back about 1.30 pm.  It’s a flat city ride, but with some very busy sections in it, though mainly with marked cycle routes. Eva is leading this ride. Riders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Same for “adults at risk”. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users feel safe. If you cannot make a ride, please cancel so that someone else can take the place.  Remember things can, and do, happen on bike rides and we sometimes get delayed. It is therefore advised not to schedule anything to immediately follow the expected end time.
