Jamie leading. About 13 miles. Start 10am at Cutty Sark next to the Foot Tunnel. Finish around 1pm (allowing time for a coffee break). Start through Foot Tunnel then east side of Isle of Dogs to Blackwall, East India Dock Basin, Lee flyover cycle path, Royal Victoria Dock, Excel Centre, Royal Albert Dock, London City Airport. Start return over Sir Steve Redgrave Bridge, then across Woolwich Ferry (or if just miss one via Foot Tunnel). Back along Thames Path (NCN 4) past Flood Barrier and O2.
