Completely flat route suitable for all cyclists.  Using cycle paths to Old Kent Rd.  Then quiet back streets to Burgess Park. Ride across the park, Walworth Green Way to New Kent Rd then pick up the Southwark Cyclists Bike Train route bypassing the Elephant and Castle. Head back via Quietway 1 to Bermondsey St.  Then part of route for proposed Quietway 14 to the Thames and on to Canada Water.  On the outward leg, brief diversion to Bird in the Bush Rd to locate site of Livesey Exchange.  Route at https://goo.gl/Bnc0dm

Open Day for the Livesey Exchange.  1-4pm, access from Bird in the Bush Rd, approx post code SE15 1QP, Lat/Long 51.480573, -0.062349.  1290m2 of vacant garages on the Ledbury Estate will be transformed into spaces for making, training and cultural programmes with a central courtyard surrounded by workshops, studios, multifunctional spaces and a training kitchen.  The PemPeople Bike Project (local youngsters fixing bikes etc.) will re-locate there.  More information at: http://liveseyexchange.com/open-day-power-project/
