13 mile loop with time to compare the views from Parliament Hill and Primrose Hill. 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. Start/finish Southwark Gateway Needle, south east side of London Bridge, close to the station. Outward route will pass St Pauls, pause at Kings Cross (Granary Square), through atmospheric St Pancras Cemetery, then roads (some busy) to Parliament Hill Fields. Will stop at the Café for a break. Energetic riders can walk up to the viewpoint – there will be time for that. Return route will pass the Roundhouse then ascend Primrose Hill. From there go through Regents Park, then across Bloomsbury, past UCL and the British Museum. Finally join the Cycleway as far as the Monument before crossing back over London Bridge. A mostly quiet route except for about a mile along Kentish Town Road and Highgate Road. Bruce leading.
