10am to 1pm. Start/finish Southwark Gateway Needle, south east side of London Bridge, close to the station. Usual mix of cycle lanes, quiet streets and short busy roads, suitable for most levels of cyclist. Stopping at the Olympic Velodrome with time for a quick look round and a coffee/loo stop at Café 42.  Outward route via Limehouse, Regents Canal, Victoria Park. Return via the new London Blossom Garden and Limehouse Cut. Juliet leading.
