Southwark Cyclists volunteer, Werner, will be holding the speedgun on Salter Road. The speed limit is 20 but speeds over 40 are frequently clocked up. With him will be PCSO Kevin Phillips writing down the numbers and speeds. Kevin passes the culprits on to TfL who send them rude letters, pointing out that if they continue in their errant ways they will be added to a police database of naughty drivers and attract the attention of traffic police.
