A Southwark Cyclist (me) will be holding the speed gun in Kingswood Road and shouting out the numbers. Anything 25 and over gets the driver a rude letter from TfL and the prospect of a demand for money if they carry on. Writing down the numbers and doing all the admin will be PCSO Kevin Phillips (pictured). To join in or ask a question email kevin.j.phillips@met.police.uk. Highly recommended.
Yet another serious crash on the A205, following the crash a few days ago (where residents have started a petition for a zebra crossing).
Nearby there is also new damage to the railings at the jct with College Rd.
Speeding and mobile phone use is rife on the South Circular.
