NOTE You must register on Eventbrite, https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/canada-water-to-battersea-southwark-healthy-ride-tickets-157376811279. Please give a phone number when registering as it may be needed for Track and Trace. If you cannot make it, please cancel so that someone else can take the place. Even at the last minute it is worth cancelling. We use Eventbrite because these rides are listed in several places and having just one registration point allows us to limit the numbers.

Flat 15 mile ride. 10 – 1.30. Start/finish Deal Porter Squ, opposite Canada Water station, SE16 7AR.  Outward Thames path, Westminster Bridge, Pimlico, Chelsea Bridge, Battersea Park. Back southside, Waterloo/Southbank and whatever Q1 is called now (Cycleway 10). Take a look at new developments around Battersea Power station. Coffee stop either in Battersea Park or by the Power Station. Philippa leading. Route from 2017 – but note there are a few changes this year that are not shown: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=12NWN9EgQmiulaUGB5CgXLoIIGAE&usp=sharing

We will keep everyone as safe as possible by observing all the Covid Regulations. Most importantly we will be maintaining routinely a 2m social distance, never less than 1m. Particularly important to maintain social distancing from other users on shared paths. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users can maintain 1-2 m and feel safe. Just in case we need them, good idea to bring a face mask – needed for the cafe. Obviously please do not turn up to this event if you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
