Southwark Cyclists’ volunteer Werner will be wielding the speedgun on Salter Road in SE1. Numbers on the road have risen as people have been frightened off the buses and tubes and aggro has increased at the same time. Drivers, like all of us, have personal fears and interrupted private lives. Neither makes them safer. You can join in and track the speeders down. The guy who runs the show is PCSO Kevin Phillips on kevin.j.phillips@met.police.uk. He’s very nice and will be glad of the help.
