Southwark Cyclist Bob Eva will be wielding the speed gun at the junction of Croxted Road and the South Circular. He will be protected by PCSO Kevin Phillips who writes down the numbers and makes of offending vehicles and arranges for TfL to send them rude letters. Those caught twice get more harsh treatment. Great to be with so many of campaigners from @southwarkcycle & @lewicyclists & @GreenwichCycle who have supported us throughout the delivery of Cycleway 4 - we were all a bit damp but it was a fantastic celebration ride.
