Southwark Cyclists volunteer Robert Eva will be out with a speedgun hoping not to better the previous top speed registered by CRW of 66mph (see pic). His personal protection officer PCSO Kevin Phillips will be standing beside him writing down the numbers of law-breakers. There are so many they give poor, old Kevin a sore hand. Their results are evidence which is driving the Met, TfL and other boroughs to crack down on speed. You can support them. To join in and receive a warm welcome email kevin.j.phillips@met.police.uk.
