It always baffles me why cars seem to accelerate down hills. Dog Kennel Hill is a fine example and our Southwark Cyclist volunteer Robert Eva will be there encouraging them to resist temptation. With him, for personal protection, will be PCSO Kevin Phillips (see pic), a jovial soul with an understandable disapproval of bad driving. I'm not at at all surprised that so many Londoners back Low Traffic Neighbourhoods.
They make our streets safer and more pleasant, and better for pedestrians and cyclists.
