It always baffles me why cars seem to accelerate down hills. Dog Kennel Hill is a fine example and our Southwark Cyclist volunteer Robert Eva will be there encouraging them to resist temptation. With him, for personal protection, will be PCSO Kevin Phillips (see pic), a jovial soul with an understandable disapproval of bad driving. Great to be with so many of campaigners from @southwarkcycle & @lewicyclists & @GreenwichCycle who have supported us throughout the delivery of Cycleway 4 - we were all a bit damp but it was a fantastic celebration ride.
