To celebrate Clean Air Day, Bessemer Grange primary school children are taking their bikes to Dulwich Park. They will be celebrating with laps of the park circuit guided by Cycle Confident and escorted by assorted marshals and ride leaders. To help meet up at Queen Mary’s Gate, Dulwich Common.
Great to be with so many of campaigners from @southwarkcycle & @lewicyclists & @GreenwichCycle who have supported us throughout the delivery of Cycleway 4 - we were all a bit damp but it was a fantastic celebration ride.
Thanks to everyone (about 50) who turned out, got wet, and rode C4 to celebrate the opening of the final stretch around Surrey Quays. This is a gamechanger! @GreenwichCycle @lewicyclists @willnorman @mcash @lb_southwark @TfL

The missing link of #cycleway4 is now open.
I'd suggest for a few weeks cyclists keep an eye out on the junctions as drivers won't be expecting you yet, especially around the leisure centre.
