Cutty Sark to Belmarsh Prison

Always willing to push his luck Mike K. is going to lead to HMP Belmarsh again. Start 10am at Cutty Sark Gardens, next to the foot tunnel entrance. Follow the Thames Path passing Greenwich University, the O2 and the Thames Barrier.  Turn off at Galleons Reach and continue to the top of the Tor.  After enjoying the view continue the ride to Belmarsh. For the return will take the Thames path to Woolwich Arsenal for our coffee break. Then proceed along it returning to the Cutty Sark at approximately 1pm.

Riders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Same for “adults at risk”. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users feel safe. If you cannot make a ride, please cancel so that someone else can take the place.  Remember things can, and do, happen on bike rides and we sometimes get delayed. It is therefore advised not to schedule anything to immediately follow the expected end time.
