Programme is now switching to 15-person rides, in groups of 6. Still not on the old locations/time pattern. Note it is necessary to register for these rides, details in the listings. We are also continuing to offer some routes as “self-guided rides” for individual enjoyment during the time of the virus.
It is likely we will require registration for the forseeable future (due to need for Test and Trace compatablility). The fixed pattern was great for the “turn up and ride” approach. But with registration can be more flexible about times and locations, although not likely to change from Saturday mornings. As ever, check the Events listings for ride details.
The old pattern was 10am start, 2-hour rides on 1st, 2nd and 4th Saturdays. 9.30 start, 3.5 hour rides on 3rd (and when they occur, 5th) Saturdays. 1st Saturday rides started at the Cafe in Dulwich Park, 2nd Saturday, Canada Water; 4th Saturday, Peckham Square. 3rd (and 5th) Saturday “+” rides had various start/finish locations). Will we ever return to this? I wonder.
