Healthy Ride, May 8th
Jamie led a small group of stalwarts who turned out on a rather wet morning in Peckham on a route to a range of view points- although not the best day to get the most benefit of the views! Fortunately the rain eased off as the ride started. We went to Telegraph Hill, followed by Hilly Fields then on to Blackheath. Jamie then led us to Point View (at the top of Point Hill on Blackheath) where you get a great view from a fairly secluded spot. Then on to Greenwich Park for the view from the General Wolfe statue by the Observatory. Plannng to do a repeat on May 22nd when hopefully the weather will be better.
