Meet Canada Water Library 10am and catch 10.10 Overground train to Sydenham.  Ride down to Bells Green and join the Waterlink Way (Nat Route 21).  Follow this via Ladywell Fields and Brookmill Park until it meets Quietway 1.  Then follow Q1 through Deptford to Folkestone Gardens.  From there go through Deptford Park, along Surrey Canal Linear Path and past Greenland Dock to Canada Water.  Easy 1.5 hour ride with lots of off road paths.  Map at https://goo.gl/4DQ9Tb.  Remember to bring Oyster or Contactless card (fare £1.50).  Can also join ride at Sydenham Overground Station at 10.25am.
