Essex Ramble ride will start at 9.30  and finish at 1.30 at the entrance to Seven Kings station on the Elizabeth line. It is a challenging 26 mile route through the Essex countryside with rolling hills. We will start by heading out towards Hainault Forest Visitor’s Centre for a brief stop before going on to Weald Park (coffee break) via Lambourne End, Bournebridge and Navestock. The return journey we’ll take a more direct route back to Seven Kings station.  Route map https://bit.ly/4lKognW

Ride leader Owen, helped by Jamie as marshal. Elizabeth line is easy with step-free access at 7 Kings statiom. Give yourself plenty time to get to 7 Kings (in Zone 4). Trains take 23 min from Farringdon and run every 8 minutes.

Riders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Same for “adults at risk”. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users feel safe.  If you cannot make a ride, please cancel so that someone else can take the place.
