yes indeed. The Doctor is back with his spanners, limitless knowledge of things bike and his keen and cunning assistants. Let them index your gears, oil your chain, fix your tyres, tighten your brakes and offer you wise advise on that clanking sound (the back wheel).
At the same time, assistants who can’t mend bikes give out maps and info about local cycling events/campaigns and generally how to get home.
All this will be yours free, gratis and for nothing. No pressure to buy. No one will ask you to sign anything. No one will moan or look grumpy. Find us under Peckham Arch at the south end of Surrey Canal Path. We are the big clump of yellow jackets just before you cross Peckham High Street.
