Southwark Cyclist Bob Eva will be representing the community in a mutual protection society with PCSO Kevin Phillips. The only people angry about CSW are motorists. The community representation (Bob) shows that people without cars care about speeding and Kevin in full police uniform answers the charge that “if speeding mattered the police would do something about it”. Well they are. You can join in and help them. Email Kevin (see pic) on kevin..phillips@met.police.uk. You will get a warm welcome. Today Kevin and Bob will be at or near the junction of Dulwich Wood Park and Kingswood Road. Wave as you go by.
