Southwark Cyclists’ volunteer Bob Eva, the speedgun and his personal protection, PCSO Kevin Phillips will be at the junction of Lordship Lane and Court Lane. This is always a popular spot with the guys — lots of law-breaking, as anyone who cycles through here can testify. It’s a mutual protection society. Kevin protects Bob from irate drivers and Bob protects Kevin from irate members of the public (who want him to do more).
