Southwark Cyclist Bob Eva will be representing the law-abiding public and PCSO Kevin Phillips will be representing the forces of law-n-order (the Met). The information they collect is used by the Met traffic police to set up their own speed traps. The support they receive directly from the public encourages the Met to care just that little bit more about speeding. All in all, well worth the effort.
