A Southwark Cyclists’ volunteer and PCSO Kevin Phillips will be at the junction of Half Moon Lane and Village Way with their speed guns. The speed limit is 20 and violators will receive fierce letters from the Met promising close attention to their number plate in case of further misdeeds. Worth a bit of effort I feel.
