College ward Southwark councillor will be behind the speedgun near the junction of Dulwich Wood Park and Kingswood Road. The Speedwatchers had good hauls here pre-Christmas — let’s see if the thrill of speeding downhill continues to appeal in the dreary days of January. Pick your favourite racetrack and if you catch enough the police may join in.
