A collaborative effort between the community and the cops. The police need civilian protection so the drivers don’t get too offensive. Bob Eva will be representing Southwark Cyclists and holding the gun at the junction of Long Lane and Staples Road. PCSO Kevin Phillips (see pic) will be writing the numbers down with added tellings-off for using a phone while driving, going through no entry signs, jumping red lights. I could go on.
