Community Speed Watch is organised by the Met in the person of PCSO Kevin Phillips. Kevin is an affable guy who loves and hates speeders. He works with a volunteer (in this case one of ours)  who points the speed gun and clocks the speed. As a terribly unfair generalisation I would suggest it’s probably more than 20. Kevin then  notes the make and colour to make sure that the offender is bang to rights. Lordship Lane/Court Lane used to be a peak danger spot. It’ll be interesting to see if the Dulwich LTN has slowed anyone down or just made them more bad-tempered. To join in email Kevin on kevin.j.phillips@met.police.uk and name your price.
