Start/finish Deal Porter Square opposite Canada Water Station. Flat 25km route using lots of quiet streets and off road paths, plus a bit of segregated path, but also some stretches on busy roads.  Out along NR4 following the river and passing Tower Bridge and Tate Modern. Cross Blackfriars Bridge then embankment (CS3) to Houses of Parliament and back streets to Chelsea Bridge and Battersea park.  Cafe stop at the Pear Tree Cafe. Return by more southward route following the river to Westminster Bridge. Possibly steps up to the Bridge. Then pick up Quietway 1 at the Royal Festival Hall and follow Q1 past the Old Vic to near Tower Bridge Rd.
