This is part of our series of personalised rides which do what it says on the tin and escort riders to where they want to go — within reason folks, within reason. To arrange one for yourself or your BF contact southwark@lcc.org.uk.
This one goes from East Dulwich station to the Tower of London. There are routes to do it which don’t involve going over Tower Bridge but the escorted cyclist chose to look her fears in the eye. Tower Bridge is not as scary as it looks because the ferocious speed control on the bridge itself keeps the motors under control — it’s the junctions at either end of it which can feel less enjoyable and we shall be keeping those to a minimum.
