As many of you will know, Andy Cawdell died on June 20th 2022 after a long battle against motoneurone disease. He was a stalwart of cycling in London, a founding member of the London Cycling Campaign, for some years an LCC Trustee and was Co-ordinator of Southwark Cyclists from 2013 to 2019. His funeral was today (July 14th) in Southampton and was attended by Francis Bernstein in a personal capacity, but also representing Southwark Cyclists. Francis comments that the cermony was “a beautiful tearful special service”. He spotted this very appropriate wreath. Southwark Cycists did not send a wreath but instead will make a donation to the Motoneurone Disease Association.

London desperately needs *every* London borough & our Mayor, TfL to take more & bolder action on #VisionZero and end toll of fatal & serious collisions for *all* road users. More on this & our #DangerousJunctions campaign soon. But notable that both collisions in @wandbc...
