Cutty Sark to Lesnes Abbey, Abbey Wood.
Start/finish at Cutty Sark, Greenwich beside the tunnel entrance. SE10 9HT
Easy-paced, 3.5 hour ride, much on cycle paths. Out and back mostly on Thames Path, including riding the Thamesmead Ridgeway. Coffee stop at Lesnes Abbey Park, Abbey Wood. Just ruins, but extensive and well looked after. Amanda Leading.
Yet another serious crash on the A205, following the crash a few days ago (where residents have started a petition for a zebra crossing).
Nearby there is also new damage to the railings at the jct with College Rd.
Speeding and mobile phone use is rife on the South Circular.
