Ride to the O2 at North Greenwich. Outward along the Thames Path as far as we can get in an hour. I think probably just past the O2, maybe as far as the Ecology Park.  Return cutting across the peninsula to Greenwich, then taking Q1 back to Surrey Canal Rd, then the railway path route to Canada Water.  If we do it all, 19km, but pretty much completely flat.
