Canada Water to Regents Park. Easy-paced (about 15 miles in 3.5 hours) and avoiding the busiest roads. Outward via Tower Bridge, Smithfields and new segregated lanes on Torrington Place. Back via Hyde Park (if time) and Embankment (new EW Superhighway) and Blackfriars Bridge. Route at https://goo.gl/PBJ73a
