A Southwark Cyclist will be holding the speedgun, under the protection of PCSO Kevin Phillips. Kevin does all the organisational stuff and keeps angry drivers away. The occasional one still gets through but Kevin (see pic) has the might of the law around him, so volunteers are very safe. The speedgun is easy to operate and the sessions last two hours.
