Southwark Cyclist Bob Eva and PCSO Kevin Phillips will be taking their speedguns to Herne Hill at the junction with Frankfurt Road. They have been here before but some people can’t seem to grasp that public roads are not their private race track or that what’s shown in the car adverts is not real life.
