Southwark Cyclists works hard to be a high quality organisation that gives all its members, users and other contacts a high quality service and response.

We are all volunteers and we have no employees and so time for projects, rides, events etc is necessarily limited. So we try and get it right first time and every time, to save time.

We are committed to continual improvement and listen to feedback from our users and our email list. When we organise training classes, for example, we use feedback forms to evolve and improve what we deliver.

We work hard to promote cycling and are very aware that we are ambassadors. That means we have a responsibility to ensure the high quality of all we do.

We will review this policy formally once a year at our Annual Meeting.
