This is our destination. The lovely new segregated cycle lanes to Blackfriars and beyond. Our “secret route” to the segregation takes us through two parks, a traffic-calmed residential backstreet, the pavement cycle lanes on the New Kent Road, the E&C bypass and the Dutch-style cycle lanes.
We leave Nunhead Station at 8am and Peckham Rye Station (from the bike stands behind McDonalds) at 8.10am arriving Blackfriars 8.45am. Unlike the train we are free and reliable. Also unlike the train we will wait a short while if we know you are coming. Let us know by contacting southwark@lcc.org.uk or just turn up.
Return rides arranged personally on the day. Buddy riders to more off-beat destinations — Clapham Junction, Ladbroke Grove to name just two — also arranged. Tell us your wishes (maybe restrict them to just one for now) and we will do our best
