Royal Docks Loop from Greenwich

Jamie leading. About 13 miles. Start 19.30m at Cutty Sark next to the Foot Tunnel. Finish around 1pm (allowing time for a coffee break).  Start through Foot Tunnel then east side of Isle of Dogs to Blackwall, East India Dock Basin, Lee flyover cycle path, Royal Victoria Dock, Excel Centre, Royal Albert Dock, London City Airport. Start return over Sir Steve Redgrave Bridge, then across Woolwich Ferry. Back along Thames Path (NCN 4) past Flood Barrier and O2. We should perhaps warn anyone thinking of joining this ride that it does have a rather chequered history.  Riders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Same for “adults at risk”.
