St Thomas St is clear. This is the road that runs on the south side of London Bridge Station from Bermondsey St to Borough High St. It is resurfaced and has east pointing crossing lights (not active). So the plan is clearly to re-open this road westbound. It is a TfL road and used to be like this, so probably no consultation needed to re-open it.
AT PRESENT it is the best cycle path in SE London!. Only tape barriers. No parked vehicles. In fact no other vehicles at all!! Enjoy it while it lasts.
